Porcelain Cassiopeia 3 Mobile Chandelier
The Porcelain Cassiopeia 3 is a horizontal mobile chandelier featuring three translucent handmade porcelain shades suspended from one stem. The intention was to create a modern chandelier that defies expectations, serving as both a unique light fixture and an abstract floating sculpture. These fixtures transform the spaces they hang in, and become the stunning focal point.
Here our signature shades are hand-cast by the experts at Nymphenburg Porcelain Factory in Munich, Germany, where fine porcelain has been crafted for 275 years. When turned off, the shades appear solid, but when illuminated, they transform into glowing light bodies.
The Cassiopeia Series is designed for spaces with lower ceiling heights, where a horizontal chandelier is ideal. Cassiopeia 3 offers numerous variations and can be customized in size and finish. The proprietary frame system utilizes our unique brass tubing to conceal the wires and incorporates specially designed joints to create its distinctive shape. The subtle, almost imperceptible movement of the fixture adds a pleasant animation to the object.
We take pride in our collaborative approach, working closely with designers to ensure the perfect fit for your project. Through the use of 3D models, full-scale mock-ups, studio visits, and finish samples, we meticulously develop and refine the design until it meets your exact requirements.
