Andrea Claire Studio

illuminating social spaces

"The lights are a triumph and SO perfect for the room... it is like you and I read the clients mind as to what she wanted to achieve with the fixtures."

- Thomas Hamel

Andrea Claire is a licensed architect, artist, and surfer who turned her many experiences as a working architect and exhibiting artist into a sustainably minded chandelier design business. Her primarily female team carefully and thoughtfully hand fabricates pieces intended to enhance social interactions. An Andrea Claire chandelier, wall light, or vessel will illuminate your residential, commercial, or hospitality project and foster social gathering.

Andrea's influences ranged from the philosophy of Emanuel Kant-  questioning what is solid and what is not; to Frank Gehry's investigations into abstraction, and for whom she worked in the early 90's; to the design and art of Isamu Noguchi and Alexander Calder.

Andrea Claire Studio launched in 2011 and has become a trusted partner to interior designers and architects all over the world. Working closely and personally with clients the studio hand tailors dimensions, colors, and materials to suit the needs of each particular space and client.
